2. Use of the Website

By accessing or using our website, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and honest information when booking or contacting us

- Not misuse the website (e.g. no spam, hacking, or unauthorized use)

3. Bookings

 

Meeting Room & Space Reservations:

- Bookings can be made via our website or by request at hello@phos1030.com.

- Bookings are confirmed only after payment (if applicable) or written confirmation.

- If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

- Late cancellations may not be refunded.

 

Use of Space:

Please respect the time slot and leave the space clean and tidy. Wi-Fi and basic amenities are included. The space cannot be used for illegal or disruptive activity.

4. Payments

Payments are accepted through our secure online system or in person. All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24h).

5. Café & Products

All food and drink items are subject to availability. We aim to provide accurate pricing and menu details, but we reserve the right to make changes at any time. Allergies or special dietary needs? Please ask our staff before ordering.

6. Liability

Phos is not responsible for:

- Personal belongings left unattended in the space

- Disruptions caused by internet outages or external events beyond our control

- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our space or services

7. Respectful Use

We ask all guests to:

- Be respectful to staff and other customers

- Keep noise to a reasonable level 

- Use shared spaces fairly and responsibly

 

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if these guidelines are not respected.

8. Changes to These Terms

Phos may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will always be available on our website with the latest effective date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Brussels.
